Job Title: IAM Architect

Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Architect to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidate will have 1820 years of experience in developing & implementing IAM platforms & solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and architectures with a strong emphasis on guiding and mentoring teams through successful IAM implementations. Experience with ForgeRock is highly desirable as this role involves inspecting and configuring ForgeRock solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing layered security measures to protect against bot attacks and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) threats. Collaboration with diverse and large teams is essential to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions across various platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to the IAM team to ensure successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions.
- Inspect configure and optimize ForgeRock deployments to meet organizational needs and security standards.
- Implement layered security strategies to safeguard against bot attacks and DDoS threats.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT security and business units to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to identity management and security.
- Perform regular security assessments and audits of IAM systems to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends tools and technologies in IAM and cybersecurity to continually improve and evolve the IAM landscape.
- Prepare and present technical documentation including architecture diagrams process flows and project plans.
