Job Description

Job Title: Workday Principal Architect
Location: Richmond VA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term

About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financials Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of our nextgeneration financial systems. This is a pivotal role that will drive the architectural vision for a $100M project ensuring seamless integration between Workday Financials and our diverse ecosystem of enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workdays technical landscape including Workday Studio EIB WWS Cloud Connect and PRISM. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust scalable and secure integration solutions that align with our business objectives.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Workday Expertise: Handson experience with Workday Financials implementations with a strong focus on integration architecture and design.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of integration technologies such as REST SOAP SFTP and web services. Proficiency in XSLT XML and other scripting languages.
  • Integration Tools: Expertise in Workday Studio EIB WWS Cloud Connect and PRISM. Experience with thirdparty middleware solutions like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
  • Data Governance: Strong understanding of Workday Data Governance reporting and data consumption methodologies.
  • Security: Indepth knowledge of security best practices for cloudbased applications including RBAC and data protection measures.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage integration teams oversee technical execution and handle project timelines and priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools.
  • PeopleSoft Background: A strong understanding of PeopleSoft is beneficial for smooth migration and integration.
  • DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools to optimize integration processes.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Workday Integration Certification
  • Experience with largescale enterprise integrations
  • A strong understanding of financial processes and regulations
