Job Overview:
Oversee marketing campaigns implement strategies and promote products services or businesses. They ensure the company communicates the right message to attract and retain customers. They also represent marketing teams in other departments such as sales customer support or product management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits interviews selectively hires and trains new staff for the retail location.
Organizes and oversees the daily workflow of staff.
Provides construction and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise staff and meet staffing needs during regular hours as well as special events or high traffic times.
Maintain and motivate an active sales team through communication encouragement and evaluation.
Confirm daily sales reports and cash receipts; Ensure funds are deposited regularly and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policy.
Address customer needs and resolve problems ensuring positive and lasting customer relationships.
Plan organize and coordinate sales marketing and budgeting.
Develop monitor and maximize retail budgets as well as product inventory purchasing and sales.
Ensure inventory data is accurate by performing onsite inventory checks and counts.
Collaborate with area managers and owners to develop coordinate and define costeffective recruitment and advertising strategies.
Use company software to research analyze and track purchases.
Make sure the store always looks clean and attractive.
Place and rotate merchandise to attract positive attention from customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Vietnamese
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning organizational and problemsolving skills with good time management and attention to detail
Experience working with crossfunctional teams ability to multitask.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines works well under pressure.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain budgets.
Ability to prioritize task and to delegate them when appropriate
Thorough understanding of company policies and practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Business Administration or related field highly preferred but less formal education with more onthejob experience may be substituted.
At least two years of retail experience is highly preferred.
Successful completion of companys management training program.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged period if sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
