Responsibilities:

Strategize plan and execute interesting & unique content concepts that meet business
objectives across online media platforms.
Plan and develop the editorial monthly calendar and coordinate publishing schedules
Plan and manage the teams daily workflow ensuring efficient and timely execution of
projects.
Crafy and script compelling content for shoots manage coordination with other
departments or team members
Liaise with designers for timely creative edits ensure seamless teamwork
Streamline feedback and approval processes with management to enhance content
effectiveness
Perform extensive research to gain knowledge of customer persona trends etc.
Strategize content pillars and subpillars.
Oversee the daily operations of the content team ensuring optimal productivity and
adherence to timelines.
Conduct content audits to track and calculate content ROI
Regularly improvise content quality delivery and performance
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance
Maintain and update content repositories with approved assets reposts UGC and
influencer materials for companywide use.

Partner with the Social Media team to execute timely posting of all content as per the
content calendar.
Deliver targeted content as required for marketing campaigns on various platforms.

Requirements:
Excellent writing editing and verbal communication skills.
At least 3 years of experience in copywriting
Strong understanding of content marketing and social media platforms.
Proven track record of developing successful content strategies
Creative thinker and Analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends
Strong attention to detail with time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam)
Positive attitude & ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Leadership qualities

Preferred:
Bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing or a related field.
Relevant industry experience (Automotive)
Knowledge of digital marketing social media SEO SEM and other digital marketing
techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
