Business Analyst onsite with remote option

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: This position will allow for working remotely; however preference will be given to candidates located in Florida.

Requirements:
Availability to work on Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
Technical or business work experience (3 years);
Experience with rapid prototyping business flows (5 years);
Experience with documenting requirements/traceability using a holistic requirements management tool (5 years);
System documentation experience (5 years);
Experience in a Senior Digital Business Analyst project management or similar role (5 years);
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs including but not limited to: Excel MS Access PowerPoint Word Project and Visio;
Experience with Agile/SCRUM specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development;
Experience with web applications clientserver applications legacy applications and database concepts;
Experience using TFS to plan and organize tasks workflows and reports for the Agile Team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Developing and reviewing Agile stories utilizing an Agile SCRUM approach;
Executing business process improvements assisting with gathering requirements from decisionmakers and ensuring best practices in quality assurance testing;
Documenting requirements and traceability in tools using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Team Foundation Server (TFS);
Identifying the business process problems along with solutions for them;
Demonstrating innovations and improvements to business stakeholders using these toolkits;
Quickly course correcting reprioritizing and eliciting new information based on customer feedback;
Collaborating with and building a better understanding between development teams and clients.
