Design and develop MES workflow application with SQL Server and PLC integration.
Create and maintain database stored procedures functions and scripts for use with MES applications
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify document and analyze MES application specifications and requirements with constant communication to evaluate and set priorities
Utilize Azure Dev OPS to support an Agile CICD environment
Provide technical support and collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize down time and resolve timecritical issues related to MES applications
Write and maintain User manuals test plans and application documentation
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract transform and load data into the database with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Work with an incident/ticket system for support activities
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related degree
4 years of experience in a fastpaced software development organization
Expert programming skills in VB6 C# C .NET framework or similar
Solid experience in full stack development including frontend technologies and backend frameworks
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to rapidly identify and resolve software issues
Cloud experience using React or Angular for frontend development experience with hosting iFrames in a website and SSO authentication between applications using APIs.
Experience with lean manufacturing processes workflows queueing theory load leveling and data structures
Solid understanding of ERP systems and integrations (Oracle 11i Microsoft AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Experience developing SQL Server applications with database stored procedures and tools
Experience with Azure DevOps Visual Studio IDE Power Shell scripting SQL (TransactSQL)
Familiarity with Power Platform
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
