Sales Coordinator

Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with daytoday tasks to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Coordinate Sales Activities: Coordinate salesrelated activities such as meetings presentations and client appointments.
Manage Schedules: Maintain and manage the calendars and schedules of sales team members ensuring optimal use of their time.
Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally providing information about products services and pricing.
Process Orders: Assist in processing sales orders including order entry tracking and fulfillment.
Prepare Sales Reports: Compile and prepare sales reports including sales performance forecasts and pipelines.
Maintain CRM Database: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate and uptodate information.
Provide Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team including managing correspondence preparing documents and organizing files.
Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales and marketing activities including campaigns promotions and events.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
