HR Business Partner with Italian

By being part of our team you will work from Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 18:00 PM in a remote way.

How youll make an impact:

• Provide individual employee coaching and guidance on skill development and growth connecting people to projects keeping both personal and key practice strategies and priorities at the forefront;
• Work closely with HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and talent programs to make employees aware of specific opportunities;
• Connect with the Business Practice Lead to understand business/practice strategy and current performance (including metrics such as changeability and bench) and use that knowledge as a coach;
• Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development based on a strong understanding of a persons interests and aspirations and knowledge of companys business;
• Provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects coaching people on best fit roles balancing career goals and business priorities;
• Have honest and transparent conversations with compassion and empathy to help people grow keeping personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have at least B2 Italian & English language skills;
• Relevant HR experience of at least a year;
• Good communication skills;
• MS Office pack proficiency.
