Position: Instructional Designer
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Fulltime

Job Description:
- We are looking for candidates who have a Degree (Masters or PhD) in Instructional Design.
JOB DUTIES:
- The incumbent identifies training needs and creates engaging learning experiences.
- Develops course content to facilitate effective knowledge acquisition.
- He/she will collaborate with subject matter experts apply instructional design theories and methods and provides counsel and guidance regarding program development and training design for training programs.
- Participates in curriculum innovation design and research and ensures the development and maintenance of the highest quality learning programs for dealers and marketing personnel.
- Provides instructional design input for the use of new learning outputs and technology.
- Reviews internally produced content and resources to ensure adherence to development standards and industry best practices.
- Review externally produced content and work with vendors to develop content.
- This position keeps abreast of training trends and available resources and makes recommendations on best value programs.
- The incumbent acts as an internal resource for the division on training issues; reviews training skills needed and determines and selects appropriate media (video reading presenting etc.) to meet identified requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in instructional design or 3 to 5 years of instructional design experience.
- Knowledge of learning theories and ID models (ADDIE and Kirkpatrick Models)
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience training needs
- Create engaging learning activities. (courses assessments curriculum)
- Create and measure learning outcomes.
- Familiarity with eLearning platform and practices
- Familiarity of Learning Management Systems
- Effective project management
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Business Acumen
