Job Description
JD OF CANDIDATE FOR CONTRACTS
1. Preparation of Contract Terms & Conditions & its additional alteration from time to time depending on the scope of works.
2. Vendor development
3. Checking the items description of BOQ.
4. Floating of Tender
5. Arrange prebid & technical bid meetings with participants.
6. Prepare a comparison sheet after receiving the quotation from the vendor.
7. Preparation of Approval note sheet
8. Assist the contract head with final Rate negotiation with the vendor & issue a work order.
9. Monitoring of budget.
10. Rate Analysis for extra items of work
11. Validation of exceeded quantity & issue amendment order
