Job Description
Job Title: Instructor Trainer II
Location: Austin TX 78757
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop training programs aligned with CDCs Immunization Program Operations Manual.
- Create training curricula objectives and materials.
- Evaluate and report on training effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings in various learning environments.
- Assist in planning and coordinating immunization partner and stakeholder events.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in training related to immunization services/programs.
- Knowledge of relevant local state and national laws rules regulations and policies.
- Proficient in Captivate and Moodle training software.
- Strong communication presentation and report generation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
