Join our journey of growth as a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth while making a positive impact on the planet.

Tasks

  • You will work in a great team and take on full responsibility for 1520 assigned Enterprise customers
  • You will establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our solution and services
  • You will map out customers as is and to be business processes with the goal of building joint success plans and identifying and prioritising key use cases and business value drivers
  • Develop and expand your accounts by driving product adoption to ensure value add
  • Foster team collaboration and help increase team expertise
  • Become an internal communications expert by sharing industry best practices and driving the evolution of Recydas product and platform functionality in collaboration with other departments such as Sales Product and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a customerfacing role in the B2B SaaS industry (or related business) preferably in the domain of Enterprise Resource Planning or Product Lifecycle Management
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • Strategic problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into business value
  • Strong communication skills including written analytical presentation and verbal with the ability to effectively develop materials that are appropriate to the audience and evangelize key concepts and best practices
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer and goalorientation with a high degree of initiative and motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (additional language skills are beneficial)
  • You work in a structured and careful manner and do not lose track of things even under stress
  • Motivation to work in an agile multicultural team and strive for continuous learning and improvement
