• Proven experience as an Appian Developer with at least 5 years of handson experience in designing and implementing Appian applications.
• Indepth knowledge of Appian BPM SAIL process models and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation principles.
• Proficiency in using Appian tools and features including records reports and sites.
• Experience with Appian integration technologies (e.g. web services REST APIs).
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as Appian Certified Associate Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer are highly desirable.
• Experience with other lowcode platforms and BPM tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
• Must be located in Sydney and possess Australian PR Australian Citizenship or full work rights to work in Australia.
