As a Project Manager you will:

• Create project letters and project plans based on project assignments prepare progress reports for the steering group conduct risk inventories and draw up Project Delivery Documents.
  
• Ensure that products and services are delivered and aligned with goals within applicable processes guidelines and quality criteria.
  
• Foster clear focus drive motivation and results within your project team by making individuals owners of partial results encouraging intensive collaboration knowledge sharing and transparent communication.
  
• Engage clients steering groups product owners end users and other stakeholders in your project through clear communication and professionalism recognizing the importance of working together intensively.
  
• Actively contribute to team and field development through participation initiative vulnerability and involvement in improvement actions.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A completed HBO education preferably in business administration/ICT.
  
• Demonstrable experience in tender processes.
  
• Extensive experience in managing projects/change objectives.
  
• Broad experience in the ICT field successfully achieving goals through intensive collaboration.
  
• Ability to provide and solicit feedback for continual improvement.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
