We, at E.K. Kanoo, are looking for a Master Paint Mixer (Automotive) who will be reporting to the Head of Paint Center. The ideal candidate would have good English communication skills in both written and oral as well as possess MS Office skills. The role involves having good accuracy skills as well as possessing problem solving skills with regards to paints. Being able to work independently and take initiative where possible are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Technical/Secondary School Certificate to be considered for this role.

The selected candidate’s day to day responsibility will be to perform color matching, color coding, paint mixing as per the requirement, developing color library, documenting paint formulas, providing technical support to customers. You will be required to ensure regular mixing of idle paint using the paint mixing machine to keep them from drying, troubleshooting any issues that may occur with regard to automotive paint products and providing appropriate solutions to customers, visiting and providing technical support to customers through various paint system installations, providing training to paint mixers as and when required to maintain knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate would have 3-4 years of working experience as paint mixer for any reputed company.
