In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

As a Strategic Projects Manager at Instabee you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking change initiatives collaborating closely with our Leadership team. Your primary responsibility is to lead largescale projects within our Product Organization ensuring they align seamlessly with our organizational goals and priorities. You will take the lead in driving the success of transformative projects and you will play a vital role in planning executing and delivering major initiatives that shape the future of Instabee.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of largescale projects mainly within our Product Organization driving them from initiation to successful completion.

• Collaborate with the Leadership team to align projects with organizational goals and priorities ensuring they contribute to our broader success.

• Work closely with various departments and teams gathering project requirements and ensuring clear and seamless communication throughout.

• Bridge the gap between people and technology recognizing the critical role each plays in project success.

• Implement effective change management strategies ensuring smooth transitions within the organization during periods of transformation.

• Monitor project performance track key metrics and generate insightful reports for stakeholders and senior management.

• Accurately document project creation development and execution along with comprehensive scope resource and risk tracking.

What Were Looking For

• Solid experience in project management with a track record of successfully leading and implementing large and/or complex projects.

• Experience of driving projects in an agile tech environment with a deep understanding of what makes projects and workstreams successful.

• Selfdriven used to drive your own work identifying issues and solving them without need for syncing with your manager.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels within an organization and understanding business priorities.

• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ensuring effective communication.

• University education in a relevant area.

• Analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present data effectively.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.

• You probably have several years of experience within management / strategy consulting and additional experience of working in a scaleup / startup environment in a strategic role.
