Service Planner

Our Client:

• Cranes Lifting Industry
• 5 Days Office Hours
• West Region
• Up to $3500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Review completed job costs including work hours expenses and materials before sending for invoicing daily.
• Manage repairs upgrades retrofits and oncall activities.
• Verify that purchase requests are submitted without errors.
• Create service requests and assign them to field work staff.
• Plan and schedule field work staff.
• Respond to customer needs and requests.
• Gather warranty information and report possible claims to managers before approving work.
• Handle shipping receiving and answering phones enquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related.
• Preferably have at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
