**Job Opportunity: Experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships provide pricing and estimates and oversee maintenance crew members to ensure topquality service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm partnerships.
Supervise train and monitor employees to guarantee highquality landscape work.
Work in various outdoor conditions.
Assist clients in defining their project goals and budgets.
Schedule and attend client meetings (valid driver’s license required).
Develop accurate estimates for both new and existing clients.
Manage crews of 23 members efficiently and reliably.
**Requirements:**
At least 3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Valid pesticide applicator’s license.
Must be reliable responsible and have strong managerial skills.

**Type:** Fulltime
**Pay:** From $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
