Communication skills:

Excellent communication skills in local language and English if main language of communication.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
Technical skills:

Ability to use computers and office applications well.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and automated telephony (IVR) systems.
Organizational skills:

Ability to manage and organize tasks and information effectively.
The ability to handle large numbers of calls and respond to them in an organized and rapid manner.
