Senior Software Developer

Our client is a leading provider of system solutions for online marketing of vacation rentals. Since our company was founded in 1999 it has made a name for itself with efficient and practical solutions and has already received several awards for its work. Our goal is to help rental agencies destinations and hosts worldwide to achieve seamless bookings through simple processes. Our team consists of over 60 dedicated employees who work in a dynamic environment to further develop our services.

Tasks

• As part of an international team you will develop the future of digital tourism and help ensure that hundreds of thousands of people can book their vacation digitally.
• As part of a crossfunctional scrum team you will work on our core product and actively contribute new ideas.
• You use PHP / Symfony for the backend and Typescript / React for the frontend
• You work on the connection and provision of APIs for our backend systems and update older code stocks
• You are responsible for independent testing and documentation of your work and request code reviews yourself

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience with PHP 7/8 and MySQL in larger projects
• Experience in software architecture and containerization
• Knowledge of Symfony Typescript React AWS REST/SOAP is a plus
• Experience with legacy systems preferably in the migration to modern architectures
