Audio Visual TechnicianRigger

The AV Technician works in a fast and versatile environment providing safe and efficient installation setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for events. Collaborating with different teams they contribute to bringing quality events to life.

Tasks

• Set up operating and dismantling of different types of events (including conferences)
• Communicating effectively with Event Coordinators in the runup to and during the implementation of events
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual equipment promptly during events
• Operating vehicles and equipment in safe and efficient ways according to Health & Safety regulations
• Adhering to and maintaining safety protocols
• Perform other duties as required from time to time

Requirements

• Proven previous experience as an AudioVisual Rigger in events and conferences;
• Technical Knowledge of a variety of audiovisual systems;
• Organised with an eye for detail and able to work with minimum supervision;
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player;
• Able to work in a fastpaced environment and adhere to deadlines
• Have a flexible approach to working hours sometimes sociable hours (nights evenings public holidays)
• Must be in possession of a clean driving license preferably in possession of a C or C1 driving license
