Associate ERP Project Manager

Our client a multinational company HQd in Fribourg is looking for an Associate Projecrt Manager for their SAGE X3 ERP system.

To actively participate in the upgrades of the current IT system our client is looking for an ERP Asociate Project Manager to implement and support the Sage X3 ERP.

This role will entail active participation in all phases of the project covering the Finance Sales Stocks and Purchase modules:

Tasks

• Defining requirements definition and assistance in parameterization of the solution
• Analysis of existing systems
• Treatment and support of customer requests
• Implementation of tests parameters and deployment on the sites
• Continuous support and training of endusers (on site and remotely)
• The rolet is based in Fribourg Switzerland but travel 3050 days per year is to be expected

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years experience as a functional ERP analyst in Sage X3.
• Rigorous autonomous with a spirit of analysis and synthesis and an excellent relational skills.
• Excellent understanding of ERP system architecture and ability to work with technical teams to adapt technology to the specific needs of the company. Strong analysis listening and synthesis skills to effectively translate users needs into viable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication essential for the training and support of financial users as well as for coordination with internal teams and contracting parties.
• Fluent in Fench and English is a requirement.
