Job Description
- Provide strategic support by aligning transformation objectives with overall strategy
- Manage a multi-project environment ensuring all necessary data is up-to-date and plausible
- Ensure decisions regarding scope, budgets and resources are made considering interdependencies between projects
- Provide operational support in projects by executing defined subtasks or providing project assistance
- Ensure adequate resource allocation and select the right people for projects
- Choose and adapt PM methodologies and processes to best suit the needs of project teams
