You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSome of the tasks include: • Continuously evaluate existing processes & system to identify areas of improvement by setting and maintaining service standards/targets • yze business process/performance metrics, and comparing it to industry best practice • Preform cost & scenario ysis, benchmarking, and KPI development & management • Cross function with purchasing, repair, and contract departments to enhance business solutions, and actively participate in RFI/RFT/RFP process • Device automated simulations to measure proposed changes in inventory calculation odology, and procedure • Based on Fleet type or team responsibility, evaluate and review Trax system generated open re-order level requisitions on a daily basis, and liaise with the respective Supply Chain buyer for ordering or recommending necessary adjustments to max/min and re-order levels. • Review all other Materials requisitions & take necessary action. • Review s notes, and corresponding float levels to determine if replacement is justified. Initiate replacement actions via Purchase Requests and distribute to appropriate buyer to minimize delay with procurement action. • Provide istance to AOG desk team to clear AOG demands by determining if required AOG parts are available on next higher or lower emblies as available in stock. • Investigate and identify alternate and/or interchangeable part numbers based on airframe / engine manufacturers approved technical doentation so as to ensure the correctness of data and to avoid duplication of inventory. • Manage & control shortages of parts through various shortage reports. • Coordinate with Engineering Services, Engineering Planning, Aircraft Maintenance, MOCC Defect Control section and ociated Workshops to resolve queries related to aircraft parts. • In conjunction with Purchasing elish and re-set consumable re-order levels accordingly in order to support future demand. • Produce reports in support of Material Planning activity and check progress as requested by Senior Materials Planner. • Manage hard time component forecasts and ensure parts availability for scheduled component removals. • Review & take necessary actions on nil stock, below safety stock reports and other support ods to improve spare service levels. • For the designated fleet type or supply chain area of responsibility, maintain and adequate inventory at all times to ensure uninterrupted service and completion of scheduled and planned maintenance activity. • Review and ensure re-order levels for all the expendable and consumable spare parts are set-up in the TRAX system and ensure re-order requisitions are generated in order to negate NIL Stock situations. • Evaluate & monitor float levels for all the rotable and repairable parts to ensure sufficient inventory is maintained as per the igned fleet type. If required, generate float increase form in accordance with the approved procedure & process for Management approval. • For Float reviews provide a Poisson distribution float calculation in support of recommendations. • Review inventory on a regular basis and determine slow or non-moving parts, obsolete parts, and surplus materials that can be offered on sale, loan or exchange to other airlines or companies.
