On-site medical quality manager

Bachelor's degree in medicine, health sciences or a related field, preferably a master's degree or a specialized course in medical quality management.
A deep understanding of the concepts and principles of total quality management in health services.
Extensive knowledge of local and international standards and legislation related to medical quality.
Ability to develop and implement quality, quality control and performance evaluation programmes.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate work teams and direct them towards achieving quality goals.
