You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality or Customer Care Services in a Call Center.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in German (mother tongue level) and English (proficiency level).
You have working knowledge of multitasking and phone etiquette
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
