Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately and promptly handle customer orders.
• Account Management: Maintain and manage customer accounts for personalized service.
• Customer Communication: Respond swiftly to inquiries via phone and email with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive Follow-up: Provide order updates and follow-ups via email and phone.
• Sales Support: Assist Sales Managers in achieving their objectives.
• Document Handling: Process documents related to products, shipping, and pricing.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange timely shipping and logistics.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate on order forecasting and nurture strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work late shifts (Monday to Friday, 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM Jordan time).
• English Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Service.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
