Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Release Management including the planning communication and validation of new software upgrades and releases.
- Gain a deep understanding of problems and issues that arise throughout the product development lifecycle analyzing them from multiple perspectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement solutions to problems.
- Lead business analysis efforts and develop detailed business requirements.
- Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
- Assist in the exploration evaluation recommendation design and configuration of new features and functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project plans to ensure the team stays on track.
- Facilitate meetings with client representatives to identify and create functional requirements.
- Work with developers to document technical design requirements.
- Provide the project team with detailed functional and technical design recommendations for configurations and customizations of ERP or other business applications.
- Perform subproject management tasks on larger projects and manage smaller projects and initiatives.
- Serve as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine the appropriate technology solutions for strategic business initiatives.
- Proactively influence design reviews by sharing technical expertise and identifying risks.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and present to midlevel management and Steering Committee members.
- Develop partnerships with the HRIT organization and business stakeholders providing guidance on leveraging SAP SuccessFactors for HCM and reporting.
Qualifications Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HR objects and processes.
- 3 years of experience with HCM applications.
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Focus on improving the employee experience.
- General understanding of UX and software design.
- Handson experience with HCM applications.
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills across different levels of leadership.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
