Content Developer Project Manager

The Training Content Developer Project Manager would be responsible for overseeing the design development and implementation of training programs and materials. This role requires a blend of project management skills instructional design expertise and content development abilities to ensure the creation of highquality training experiences that meet organizational objectives and learner needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Project Management or a related field.

Proven experience in project management and content development within a training or educational setting.

Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.

Proficiency with elearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).

Preferred Skills:

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Experience with multimedia production including video editing and graphic design.

Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards.

Experience in a specific industry or subject matter expertise relevant to the training content.
