Job Description: Backend Executive

Location:

Bangalore

Permanent

Pay:

From 20000.00 per month

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Excel and typing.
  • Drafting accurate quotes and offers and submitting them within the timeline.
  • Preparing delivery files and manipulating data for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilizing Excel formulas such as Pivot Table Vlookup HLookup Conditional formatting Count If Sum IF and other basic formulas.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports/deliveries sent.
  • Coordinating effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a customercentric approach.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems efficiently.
  • Managing and maintaining database systems and server infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
  • Experience: 13 years of proven experience in backend operations drafting quotations & offers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Excel.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and data management systems.
