• Proven expertise in designing fixtures for both consumer and enterprise products including assembly inspection testing fixtures test stations manufacturing automation and robotic pickandplace systems.
• Skilled in prototyping and deploying mass production systems with a strong background in creating custom hardware for testing smart wireless products from prototype stages to fullscale manufacturing.
• Proficient in fixture assembly initial setup debugging and conducting functional verification.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing techniques such as injection molding and CNC machining.
• Experienced in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and conducting failure analysis.
• Competent in applying statistical methods for quality control using various software tools.

Education & Experience:

• B.E. / B.Tech / MS / M.Tech / M.E. only
• 6 to 9 years experience
