• Engage with our audience by responding to comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all social media channels.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends social media best practices and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
• Planned and executed social media campaigns contests and promotions to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers brand partners and ambassadors to amplify our social media reach and impact.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management to maintain a positive brand image.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and trends.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and social media analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
