E-Commerce Category Manager - Jadeer

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients who is one of the leading companies in the field of global business and information Technology in Gulf Area.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement category strategies to increase sales and profit margins across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure optimal product assortment pricing and promotional strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Analyze sales data to generate insights and recommendations for improving category performance.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive category growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and standards to keep the product offerings competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business marketing eCommerce or related field required; Masters degree preferred.

• Minimum of 34 years of experience in eCommerce category management or related rolespreferably in retail or consumer goods industries.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as ExcelGoogle Analytics and eCommerce analytics platforms.

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability through effective category management strategies and initiatives.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Strategic thinker with a customercentric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

• Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
