INDUSTRIAL CITY OPERATIONS (DCA)

Primary purpose of job
To supervise monitor and control Building & Civil Maintenance within the Directorates demarcation within all areas of
Dukhan Concession Area. To prepare tender documents for maintenance contract and service orders remedial and minor

modification works.

To maintain and update records and history data sheets for Building & Civil Maintenance Works together with information

on implementation of repairing codes procedures and specification for routine and nonroutine maintenance. To analyse

and control inspection findings and to assist preparation of budgetary estimate.

Experience & Skills
Good knowledge of written and oral English language.

• 12 years experience in Roads Buildings and Civil Construction.
• Proven knowledge of contractor supervision and contract administration.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and its updates.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of International civil engineering and safety standards.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices.
• Good knowledge in planning and maintenance activities.
• Computer literate in mainstream office products have had exposure to online management document and maintenance

Education
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
