Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Project Sales Executive to join our team in the oil and gas industry in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our project portfolio through effective relationship management and strategic business development initiatives. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the oil and gas industry to promote our project solutions and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders to understand their project needs and provide tailored sales solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals presentations and commercial offers that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure project sales and achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Provide regular updates forecasts and reports on sales performance pipeline development and market insights to the leadership team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies processes and customer engagement initiatives to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful project sales experience in the oil and gas industry with a strong network of industry contacts and clients in Saudi Arabia. Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to effectively communicate and align with technical and operational teams. Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decisionmaking processes. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive business growth. Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field. A relevant professional certification or postgraduate qualification would be an advantage. Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
