Marketing Manager

Job Overview and Responsibilities

Ging Network is looking for a Marketing Manager to help expand our ecosystem and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the blockchain industry and strong communication skills. This is a fulltime position.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop the marketing team for organizational projects.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Launch marketing and acquisition campaigns.
• Support content strategy and manage its amplification.
• Assist with programmatic and social media marketing.
• Plan and execute activities and PR initiatives.
• Organize and run hackathons and campaigns to attract developers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in marketing communications business management or a related field.
• Understanding of audience building and productmarket fit ideally in crypto.
• 46 years of professional experience in marketing product marketing or related fields such as market research or journalism ideally in a tech environment with a global market.
• 2 years of experience in blockchain or technology.
• 12 years of experience managing a marketing team.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is a must.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in digital advertising is a plus.
