Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst (Pricing Manager) to join our team in optimizing our procurement processes and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers across our network of 15 wine and spirits retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
**Procurement Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct indepth analysis of current procurement spend supplier contracts and market trends across wine spirits and related product categories
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to maximize cost savings while maintaining high product quality standards
- Identify opportunities for consolidating purchases leveraging bulk discounts and streamlining the supply chain
**Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with key suppliers distributors and vendors supplying wine spirits glassware bar supplies and related products
- Negotiate pricing terms and service agreements that provide the best value for our clients
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues improve processes and drive continuous improvement
**Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost drivers inefficiencies and areas for optimization
- Develop detailed reports business cases and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and clients
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement costs supplier performance and process efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing or supplier relationship management roles
- Strong negotiation analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI) and ERP/procurement systems
- Knowledge of the wine and spirits industry is a strong advantage
