We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team at BRIGHTER STAFFING AGENCY. As a leading staffing agency we specialize in placing top talent in various industries including residential cleaning. This is a Parttime permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients homes. Your duties will include dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing all surfaces as well as changing linens and doing laundry. You will also be responsible for organizing and decluttering living spaces and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are wellstocked.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in residential cleaning and possess excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and efficiently as well as have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Excellent time management and communication skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing all surfaces

Change linens and do laundry as needed

Organize and declutter living spaces

Move out/ Movein Cleaning

Ensure all cleaning supplies are wellstocked and report any shortages to management

Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences

Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Report any maintenance or repair issues to management

Work efficiently and independently to complete all assigned tasks within the allotted time frame

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in residential cleaning

Excellent attention to detail

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and techniques

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
