Tennis and Padel Coach

-Schedule, coordinate, and manage team practices, and lead players through practices, matches, and tournaments

-Evaluate players’ strengths and weaknesses and make necessary adjustments

-Educate players on proper techniques, rules, and strategies for both tennis and padel, and develop individual player development plans to improve performance

-Evaluate player progress and performance, recommend coaching changes, and provide feedback to players and parents

-Supervise field operations, including organizing teams for matches, ensuring player safety, and executing tournament logistics

-Develop and implement short- and long-term goals, and monitor and update player development and progress

-Maintain effective communication among players and coaches
