Human Resources Analytics Lead

As a Human Resources Analytics Lead you will be a key individual contributor in our HR team. You will leverage your expertise in Excel PowerBI and other business analytics tools to drive datadriven decision making in our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights that will drive improvements in HR practices.
2. Develop and maintain advanced reports dashboards and metrics using Excel PowerBI and other business analytics tools.
3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
4. Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleaning.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert in HR data and analytics.
6. Develop and maintain advanced HR reports dashboards and metrics using analytics tools.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience as a HR Analyst or similar role.
3. Proficiency in Excel PowerBI and other business analytics tools.
4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Willing to work onsite at Northgate Alabang Muntinlupa City
