Fast Food Supervisor

Our client in Cashel is looking for a committed and experienced Fast Food Supervisor to join their team. The chosen candidate will manage the daytoday operations of the fastfood restaurant ensuring excellent customer service food safety and team effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities in the fast food outlet ensuring all company guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Ensure food preparation and service uphold the highest quality standards.
• Manage inventory place supply orders as needed and work to reduce waste.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized adhering to health and safety regulations.

Customer Relations:

• Deliver outstanding customer service handling inquiries and resolving complaints quickly and professionally.
• Ensure all team members provide a positive customer experience following customer service protocols.

Team Leadership:

• Lead train and inspire a team of employees creating a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
• Plan staff schedules handle timeoff requests and ensure sufficient staffing during busy periods.
• Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the food service industry particularly in a fastfood setting.

Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
