Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your career to Managing Director level We are retained by our client an innovative technology leader in Media and Entertainment to find just the right person to take the lead in achieving new revenue growth and leadership development of the team across the Americas region.

Job Description:

As a key member of the Executive Team you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of the company across the Americas market. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and economic performance in the region leading a talented team of 30 encompassing sales operations and customer success roles with a focus on collaboration and alignment with European headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Accelerate revenue growth by exceeding sales targets acquiring new customers and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility of the company in the market and support revenue expansion at global accounts.
  • Team Management: Lead manage and coach the existing Americas Team with a focus on personal growth and development whilst also ensuring project delivery longterm profitability and contract renewal objectives are made.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market and account information to the Product Organization ensuring the needs of the Americas market are integrated into the Global Product Roadmap.
  • Executive Collaboration: Play a pivotal role within the Executive Team contributing to strategic decisionmaking and the realization of shortterm performance goals.

About you and your skills:

  • Resultsdriven complex SaaS software sales management executive with a focus on financial performance.
  • Previous experience in running complex projects and a track record of driving profitable growth.
  • Ideally several years of experience in the Media & Entertainment Broadcast Industry with a strong network of industry decisionmakers.
  • Methodical processdriven and transparent leader with analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to support the development activities in Latin America.
  • Collaborative leader with strong relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a Management Team and balance individual needs with collective goals.
