ProCare Staffing Solutions is partnering with Australias largest provider of aged care services with over 6000 residents across 60 Residential Aged Care Homes Retirement Villages and InHome Care services in all states.

ROLE:

Working with the core care team you will work to provide outstanding care to residents promoting individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.

Key Requirements for Success:

• Active AHPRA Registration
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn the intricacies of the ANACC funding system.
• Background in delivering complex nursing clinical services preferably in aged care facilities hospitals or community care settings.
• Desirable experience in geriatric medicine palliative care or rehabilitation.
• Strong problemsolving skills focused on prioritising residents health and wellbeing.
• Possession of a valid drivers license.
• Valid National Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current influenza and COVID19 vaccinations.
• Proof of the legal right to work in Australia.
• Both experienced professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
