Payroll Analyst

Job Responsibility

Manage payroll (Canadian)

Perform administrative support functions

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Preparing invoices

Use computer software to manage reports and track financial data

Manage company budgets

Create and manage a systematic filing system

Prepare documents for the company Accountant or for Internal Auditors

Compile data for taxes

Verify or reconcile bank transactions on the deposits and payments side.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field of study

13 years of experience is preferred

Strong verbal and oral communication skills

Active listening skills to provide the best course of action

Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fastpaced environment

Strong problemsolving skills

Aptitude with computer software programs utilized by the company

Excellent administrative skills

Knowledge of MS Excel

Able to speak and understand English Hindi and Punjabi

Ready to work as per Canadian (Toronto) time zone Monday to Friday (9 AM 5 PM EST)
