What are the performance outcomes over the first 612 months you will work toward completing

You will be responsible for the Professional Services projects leveraging transformational solutions for our customers.

The role will require you to understand the products frameworks and design patterns used for VMware solutions.

You will be asked to contribute to these frameworks & develop reusable domain solutions while focusing on VMware solutions.

Additionally you will mentor internal & external stakeholders on the use of VMware products and help peers and mentees ramp up their knowledge of VMware technology and its associated skills and certification tracks.

To effectively build solutions to solve for complex business problems it will be important to build a strong network among your peers and internal & external teams and massively contribute to geoaligned technical forums and lead technical enablement communities.

You should be ready to contribute to presales activities and aid in delivering of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of Technical Skills Business Acumen and a strong bias for customer centricity.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to understand the customer's vision and to be able to translate this to desired business outcomes and the IT solutions that underpin them.

You will work directly with project managers resource managers technical staff and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project delivery to ensure projects are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall project plan driving customer outcomes and customer satisfaction. This will give you the chance to shine and demonstrate your leadership interpersonal and organizational skills as well as your business acumen.

Within 45 days of employment you will successfully develop and maintain customer delivery documents (environment discovery workbook)

Within 60 days of employment you will start to collaborate on Techcommunity enablement activities and presales activities alongside the Sales and Solutioning teams to help them scope scale and land PS delivery opportunities.

What type of work will you be doing What assignments requirements or skills will you be performing regularly

As a Cloud Automation subject matter expert you will be required to gather use case requirements for and create test and release highquality solutions according to Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Conduct your consulting engagements per Client’s Consulting Methodology (Plan Execute Test Document Knowledge Transfer)

Provide feedback on existing documentation and assist in the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge

Communicate across several levels of the customer’s hierarchy using your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Create Intellectual Property and custom artifacts with innovative minds

Speaking and writing German and English fluently is a must
