ekvip in Leipzig offers PLC programming and worldwide commissioning of interlinked production units. At the same time we are developing a framework that uses modern software development in automation technology. We are working to ensure that our software standard is not only actively used in industrial projects but is also available as an open source framework.

Tasks

For our automation projects we work closely with international partner companies. Our aim is to realize increasingly larger and more complex projects with the help of these cooperations. That is why we are looking for you for the technical management of our major projects and coordination of external companies as:

Your tasks

• Your challenge is the overall project management from planning to realization and commissioning of automation solutions for complex production lines.
• This means that you will coordinate interdisciplinary PLC project teams consisting of internal employees and external partners.
• You will be responsible for the technical project management on our national and international project sites and ensure that deadlines quality and cost targets are met.
• You will carry out the risk assessment and management on the project sites take measures if necessary and act as a liaison between our customers the project teams and the ekvip management.
• You will use your close customer contact to acquire new projects and build up an independent network.

Requirements

Your profile

• You have experience in project management in the field of mechanical engineering ideally in automation technology and have a technical understanding of IT projects.
• You are looking for a challenging and varied job with a high level of personal responsibility. You think like an entrepreneur look ahead and keep an eye on the big picture.
• You are prepared to travel a lot to achieve your professional goals.
• A good knowledge of German and English is particularly important to us.
