Our client is seeking to expand their highly experienced commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a commercial role and while fitout experience is a plus it is not mandatory. This position offers ample opportunities for learning and professional development.

Our client with a an impressive project pipeline for the next 12 months provides the successful candidate with exposure to highend bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing/Assisting with final accounts
  
• Pricing variations
  
• Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  
• Assessing subcontractor works
  
• Procurement
  
• Processing invoices
  

Key Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of construction projects (fitout trade/subcontractor experience is advantageous)
  
• Understanding of various project packages
  
• Ability to ensure projects remain profitable and within budget
