Who Are you

  • 10 years of relevant HR experience in the Netherlands.
  • A strong background in Dutch labor laws and working with labor unions.
  • Familiarity with Dutch government entities and processes related to labor and employment.
  • Dutch language skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience working in a global dynamic and multi cultural setting.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and implementing solutions.

What are you going to do

  • Ensure full compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations staying uptodate with any changes and implementing necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures. You will be our subject matter expert on this topic.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated matters promoting best practices and legal compliance.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and monitor the Employee Engagement Score.
  • Analyze turnover data and develop strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget including salary planning and execution.
  • Implement performance management processes to support employee development and company growth.
