ET & EXPERIENCE:
- Manage all property sales opportunities, leveraging knowledge of the market to drive growth.
- Utilise sales resources and administrative/support staff effectively to achieve sales objectives.
- Effectively create and manage contracts, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through strategic engagement and satisfaction.
PEOPLE:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, fostering future bookings and repeat business.
- Actively participate in and adhere to the daily service basics of the property.
- Understand and recommend features and services that exceed client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the property's target customer and service expectations.
- Offer tailored business solutions to Dar Tantora’s clients.
COMMUNITY:
- Elish and maintain successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure unified and effective sales efforts.
- Conduct site inspections to showcase the property’s facilities and capabilities.
- Utilise internal resources and information networks effectively.
- Supervise community managers to create engaging community experiences.
GROWTH:
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new business, focusing on achieving property revenue goals.
- Target client accounts with high sales revenue potential.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions.
- Design and sell innovative catered events, maximising revenue in the process.
- Understand the overall market dynamics to strategically position sales.
- Close lucrative deals, employing negotiation ss and creative selling techniques.
- Engage in cross-selling with other properties within the Kerten Hospitality portfolio.
EXPERIENCE & SS
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Advanced English, Arabic preferable.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Hotel/Resort sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Strong ytical and quantitative ss.
