Engineering Manager

• A proven leader with 2+ years of experience managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• 5+ years of industry experience in backend, full-stack, or machine learning engineering.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing robust distributed systems, databases, security measures, and APIs.
• An empathetic and inclusive leader who fosters a diverse and thriving team environment.
• A strategic thinker with a keen business aen to align technical initiatives with company goals and drive growth.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• The ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and doentation ss.
• Proficiency in NodeJS or Python (full-stack experience a bonus).

• Continuously optimize and evolve the backend architecture for superior performance, security, reliability, and code excellence as the platform scales.
